ACT Board of Supervisors Meeting

In Attendance: Gaylen Dewing, Monte Sicble, Eric Richard, Jerry Kunz, Dan Reis and Stephen Schnaible
1. Call to Order
Chairman Sicble called the meeting to order at 7:01pm
2. Minutes Review
A. Corrections and approval of the Minutes from the previous meeting.
Supervisor Dewing made a motion to approve the minutes.
Supervisor Richard 2nd the motion.
Vote: Eric - Yes, Gaylen - Yes, Monte - Yes
3. Old Business
A. CO2 Pipline update
An update was provided by a few attendees in the audience as to the status of the Co2 pipeline. No action was taken by the board.
4. New Business
A. Tax Abatements (2)
Supervisor Richard made a motion to approve the tax abatement requests from both
Robert and Janice Adams and Michael Lanctot.
B. Website Messages
No vote was taken. However, the road supervisor is going to look into the missing road sign on Kittie Ln.
C. Tarren Hagerott - Question on a new development
The board was able to answer his questions to follow the correct procedures.
No action was taken by the board.
5. Area Reports
A. School Board Report - Dan Ries
Going to meet with the insurance agent because the property is under insured.
B. Treasurers Report - Jamie Vetsch
Jamie was absent. No report given except bank balances:
Checking: $200,441.00
Savings: $134,838.55
Savings 2: $200,728.06
No bills were submitted for payment.
No questions or commments were raised for the ACT budget, therefore no vote was taken to affirm the budget that was approved at the annual meeting.
C. Assesors Report - Marie Horning
Absent
D. Building Inspector's Report - Burleigh County
1. Review Permit report from the County
Permit report was reviewed no actions were necessary by the board.
E. Road Supervisors Report - Jay Dollinger
Absent
F. Weed Supervisors Report
Absent
6. Zoning Board
A. Hoerer Property - Update
Still waiting to see what the material is in the pit. Eric is going to check with Terry and Rhonda Berg to see if they find the cleanup acceptable.
B. Petition to move approach - 12551 22nd Ave SE
Supervisor Richard made a motion to move the approach if Burleigh County approves and is built to their specificaitons.
